Dark-Alex-17 9d943a266e Created the DrawUi trait and refactored the UI logic to delegate to different modules to draw parts of the UI to ensure future UI components follow a similar pattern and structure. Additionally, cleaned up the _BLOCKS constants in the Radarr module to be static instead of const's so that less data is copied around during compilation and the arrays all share the same memory reference.
