reverted NVRAM from setvar to dmpstore
...
"there is always a well-known solution to every human problem—neat, plausible, and wrong"
Apparently setvar only works AFTER dmpstore has been used to create the NVRAM entries.

Removed NVRAM binary file creation. This simplifies things greatly.
