macOS Catalina 10.15.2 and 10.15.3 require VirtualBox 6.1.4 or higher. A workaround for lower versions of VirtualBox which involves using earlier versions of `boot.efi` is [described here](https://github.com/myspaghetti/macos-guest-virtualbox/issues/134#issuecomment-583216307).
