27ae878573 handle spaces in paths and filenames correctly 
- default VM name changed to "macOS Mojave"
- VBoxManage now works with spaces in paths and filenames
- wget check is more robust
- fixed temporary files cleanup for WSL
- corrected command line argument usage logic
