b4f2e9ffdd Refactor tests 
* Get rid of spurious model.Route{} var, by adding content
directly into model.Handler{} literal.

* Adjust spacing to adhere to the prepare-call-test test structure.

2129c4a1f6 internal/server/model.Handler.Route is no longer a pointer 
Also Spawn() now checks if entrypoint is not set
