Drop compound error scenario
In order to allow different Kapow! implementations (Go, Python, ...) compound errors will be left as implementation-dependent. The spec will only test for simple error conditions. Co-authored-by: Roberto Abdelkader Martínez Pérez <robertomartinezp@gmail.com>
